Miss Pakistan World Anzhelika Tahir is representing Pakistan in the Miss Earth 2016 pageant.



Miss Earth 2016 is taking place in Philippines and Anzhelika Tahir the current Miss Pakistan World is representing Pakistan in the Miss Earth 2016 pageant. from Sheikhupura, Anzhelika Tahir is half Ukrainian and half Pakistani. At 5 feet 9 inches in height, and a model like look, Anzhelika Tahir has a better chance of coming in the top 16 category at the Miss Earth 2016 pageant. In a statement, Anzhelika Tahir has said that she is so happy to come to the Philippines to represent Pakistan at such a huge pageant. She is excited and hoping to come to the top. She also has said that she wants the whole of Pakistan to support her representation as Miss Pakistan and hoping to get her country men to support and vote for her.

The MISS EARTH Pageant is an International Environmental Event channeling the beauty pageant entertainment industry as an effective tool to promote environmental awareness. Because many people admire and aspire to be a beauty queen, Carousel Productions, Inc. believed beauty queens would be a good and effective advocate of worthy causes. 

To give life to this vision, Carousel Productions Inc. organized and launched in 2001 the MISS EARTH Beauty Pageant, a beauty event whose raison d'etre was to have its candidates and winners actively promote and get involved in the preservation of the environment and the protection of Mother Earth. Apart from a strong emphasis on environmental protection programs, MISS EARTH also aims to showcase and promote various tourist destinations. Every year, 80 to 90 candidates from all over the world compete on beauty and knowledge of environmental issues. The winner of MISS EARTH will serve as the Ambassador to environmental protection campaigns worldwide. Now on it's 16th year, MISS EARTH continues to build its reputation as the most relevant and worthwhile beauty event in the world, setting a legacy of beauty and responsibility. The Earth or globe represents the valuable gem stone in the center of a royal crown formed by the 4 rays eminating from the “globe” which forms the crown and symbolizes the 4 elements of the Earth - hence: Woman of the Earth. BEAUTIES FOR A CAUSE: The pageant is a search for the most beautiful women of the Earth to serve as a role model dedicated to uphold the advocacy to preserve and restore Mother Earth. Anzhelika Tahir, Miss Pakistan World another achievement

Anzhelika Tahir, Miss Pakistan World was a favorite at the 6th edition of Miss Supertalent 2016 pageant that was held in Korea on the 13th of May 2016. This pageant was for almost 18 days and involved 28 countries. The winner was Czech Republic - Natalie Stejskalova, followed by Mongolia - Saikhantamir Amarsanaa as 1st Runner-Up and Pakistan as 2nd Runner-Up.
