Amanat Ali, is probably one of the
very few Pakistani musicians who are busy all year round.
With concerts and back to back events
not just in Lahore, but all over Pakistan, and ofcourse a few added tours
abroad as well, Amanat Ali has a tight packed schedule.
His list of foreign tours include
countries like UK, Canada, USA, Bahrain, UAE and now adding up to the list is
Japan.
Amanat will be flying to Japan this
morning for a two day event.
Hosted by Shaukat Khanam Memorial Cancer
Hospital and Research Centre, the event is a fundraiser in support of cancer
patients.
"We can never understand
illnesses such as cancer. But an ounce of prevention is worth more than a
million dollars of cure" said Amanat. " Iam glad that I am able to
team up for this noble cause and Shaukat Khanam is making huge strides in
helping to end cancer as we know it" he further added.
The fundraiser takes place on the
24th of April in Tokyo and on 25th in Nagoy.
